If I am an emotional eater, is a Conscious Eating™ Workshop right for Me?

Are you ready to stop listening to all the "experts" out there and begin listening to your body's own inner wisdom?

If you answered yes to two questions or more, then we invite you to experience a Conscious Eating workshop. It will open your heart and mind to a new way of thinking about your relationship with food and your body.

How much does the workshop cost?
Workshop meetings are held once a week for 7 weeks, each meeting is 90 minutes long. The fee is $500 payable to the Conscious Eating™ Therapist who is leading the workshop. Fees must be paid in full by the first meeting unless other arrangements have been made with the therapist. The fee includes all workshop materials.

For a limited time, If you sign up one week before the workshop begins the fee will be $350 and this will also lock in that price for future workshops.

How much does the program cost?
The program is $50 for each session on a pay as you go basis. Each Phase is about 20 weeks long. Your group leader can help you contact your insurance company to see if these sessions are covered. The Guidebook for each Phase is a separate fee.

What can I do if the program is not offered in my area?
We are always in search of qualified psychotherapists to train and lead our workshops and groups. If we do not have a Conscious Eating™ therapist in your town, you can take the workshops via teleconference. Another suggestion is to attend a Geneen Roth Workshop or Retreat. Our philosophies are very similar. She is a wonderful teacher and a pioneer in the no-diet approach to weight loss. There are many books we think are very helpful in taking you through the no-diet approach and philosophy. Please check our suggested book list we have in the Reading Room of the RESOURCES page. Finally, please put yourself on our mailing list and e-mail list so that we can contact you when a Conscious Eating™ Therapist is available in your area. We will not sell our list to anyone.
